This is what we have done with our series of boot stretching machines: the only ones to have a complete rotary movement driven by a patented manual control, which allows the boot ironing with no defects. Moreover, the maximum precision of this production step is also guaranteed by the presence of a digital thermoregulator for maintaining the set temperature. The patented system allows to minimize all processing shift times, while keeping the highest product quality.
The motorized 360° rotation, in fact, is a technical feature that allows to carefully observe every single point of the boot, stopping the movement in case a defect identification and taking action to eliminate it. Unprecedented quality and precision!

Line of boots iron machines - patented
The new series of boots iron planned from Elettrotecnica B.C., it is born with the idea to help the shoe factory to increase the quality of the product, reducing to the maximum ali the times of change working (es. fast substitution of the leg). All the models are equipped of digital thermocontrol (in order to guarantee the maximum precision in maintaining the set up temperature).

The mod. 450 are equipped motorized system leg spino Single or simultaneous spin of the leg, selectable through a button. The motorized spin allows in beyond stopping itsell in whichever point of the 360°, to take part on the leg in order then to decide to leave again in hour or counter-clockwise sense.
